  • Updated programming throughout the 8 weeks (changes in movements, weight, sets, reps, etc)

  • Weekly check in's (virtual, email, text, etc.)​

  • ALL PROGRAMS come with 'Nutrition guidance'

    • custom macro/calorie calculation​
